I do not have a complaint against the laptops or its condition. But am definitely not happy with the sales team, they are only interested till the time they register a sale. Thereafter they just do not bother. I was told that the laptops would be delivered on Saturday (14th June), but then when it did not arrive, i had to do do the hard work of follow-ups. The concerned individual from sales team just refused to respond to the whatsapp msg (official channel), even he did not come on a call even
