Their customer care was totally useless, no proper support at all. Finally, I had to send a legal notice to the director, then only they called. Even now, my refund is still pending and they keep saying 'in process'. I wish I could give zero stars. Very bad and unprofessional service — highly disappointing and not recommended at all!"
