Wrong promises should be avoided

There was a delay in delivery. The delivery was made after almost 1 month. There is no mechanism to track the order.

have been trying to contact technical support from 20days. No response, call kept on hold no one is responding. No response to my calls No response to my emails FOR NEW CUSTOMERS CALL WILL GET CONNECT WITHIN A MINUTE. BUT FOR OLD CUSTOMERS YOU WILL GET FEDUP REACHING THEM BUT NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS AND CALLS. Website promises within 24hrs they will provide resolution but after 24days also no one cares you once you purchased, dont give false promise when you cannot handle exist

The laptop body is made of substandard material, Additionally, the product delivered is significantly different from what was shown and described on the website. Both the pictures and the specifications listed online are misleading, and do not match the item received.

The laptop is in excellent condition and performs really well. Great value for money and reliable quality. The only downside was the slow DTDC courier, which delayed delivery. Otherwise, very satisfied with the purchase!
