Really like to tell you that after sales support is worst in new jaisa. Never go for this site. They do not care about the customer. First they send defective piece and telling that when it reach them then only next piece will be sent for delivery. They think customer is fool that they can use their money for 2 months. Worst Experience and I know they will not post my review on their site. But I will publish this publicly.

I have issues with the laptop, charger, and battery. There is a sudden spike and a drop. Some keyboard keys are not working, no phone calls, support only email.. I already raised the complaint in mail, but no response???..

I suffered lot of in replacement process...initial I got display issue with laptop so I want through replacement process they arrenged immediately pickup but post delivered laptop at there warehouse as per company policy next 24-48 hours another same configuration laptop need to dispatch for me but post 10 days I was taking continuous following up laptop not received...then they said me we will initiate your refund process..but still 15 days today 15 aug2025 after full payment done by me..

This is my 2nd product also the new one with 3years warrenty that is really cool. In refurbished product comes with long term warrenty it showing how they work for all the product. Awesome 😊

Not as described in website. Reliability pf product is poor. Has a unbranded ssd, which took off in couple of days. Spray painted cabinet. Less ports and io on front panel. Thinking I bought a scrap
