I made my purchase online (Escondido to San Diego), and it took almost two weeks to get here. Following tracking, it went to New Jersey and Arizona- attempted to contact James for an explanation, but none provided. I finally got a response stating that USPS may take a little longer to deliver. Not a good business model; no plans to purchase anything in the future.
