****Don’t purchase from this company****. My customer service experience has been dreadful. I purchased 3 racks and had a problem with the wheels on 1 of them. The wheel bent, damaged the inside of the pole ans that pole would no longer hold a wheel. The customer service experience has been awful. The emails come in overnight and I keep getting the run around with multiple requests for photos rather than giving me a refund or replacing the poles and wheels on the one I have. After 3 rounds of photos I’m tapped out. At the moment, I’m able to use it without the wheels but I haven’t gotten what I paid for. The company is also Hong Kong based so all of the communication has been hearing nothing from them all day then seeing emails when I wake up at 6:00 AM. The final straw, being offered a $10 refund after spending over $500. It’s clear they don’t value my business. First and LAST purchase from this company.

Received my two shelves quickly. After opening one package I realized these shelves are not heavy duty and can't support 2500lbs as advertised. Frames twist, supports bend and boards are flimsy.
