I have received the shoes. They have arrived unboxed in a plain plastic bag. They do not match the quality and design of a pair purchased in a shop recently as they are clearly counterfeit. Lastly, a note was included saying a different size to that requested was supplied as you thought they would fit better.
Many online searches and reviews tell me your products are counterfeit.
Please refund the full amount, within two days. Following that I will contact the credit card company
