I had problems getting my cpap. It was a hassle to prove I didnt receive my parcel and how Veltek and Evri did not communicate to each other and had to go through me. It was too long and fraught. Also there was an implied notion that I was faking, which I did not like. After a couple of week I received my package which was quick and efficient. Much more quicker than my initial package was supposed to come. So I am pleased with that.
