I had to email the business 10 days after I ordered it as the stamp hasn't arrived. The team was lovely and followed up on my order and found out that the order was never shipped (just tracking number assigned) as they were out of stock. I got a full refund and canceled my order but was very disappointed that I was not informed the stamp was out of stock when I ordered it.
