This is my second time ordering because i loved your products.but i recieved a hand chain missing a stone and i sent 2 emails and no one replied to me.this was a dissapointment having wonderful products and fast delivery with bad after sale customer service..also each item should be in a separate pouch to avoid scratches and for proper storage.having 3 items in 2 pouches doesnt make sense
