Exceptional customer service. Before ordering, I wrote inquiring if I could switch the charcoal soap for the honey based soap. Not only were they willing to do this, they followed up to be sure I got the correct soap. Secondly, the Ageless Cloud Cream, for some reason caused my eyes to burn despite my not putting it near them. I contacted Tallow Me Pretty and as I suspected, I needed the Unscented Cloud Cream.
