There was a slight disconnection during the delivery stage as no delivery card was left when the package couldn't be delivered as no one was at home. Plus the tracking number on the order update was inconsistent with the tracking number for the delivery company. But with persistent I tracked the parcel down at the end at my local collection centre.

The experience was good. I ordered another one and got 2 free BUT I ordered the wrong ones i.e. 14c instead of Premium Stainless Steel but I was told to send them back and they would arrange for the correct ones to be sent. I had to pay postage that was to be expected. They are going to send them once they receive the returned items so I am waiting for these to arrive
