Disappointed that I received a watch I didn't like or order. I ordered a plain gold one that matched my other two and received one with Roman numerals.

I ordered 3 watches, all very beautiful. They were in high demand and taking longer than usual to ship/receieve. Customer service kept me informed and even refunded me part of my purchase price due to the inconvenience. Amazing customer service!

Customer service was helpful in getting me the 10% discount that I forgot to enter in the field. The shipment was delayed and tracking seemed to have ended mid delivery. When I asked about it I was told that the shipment was lost and due to high demand they had run out of my choices and to pick other styles. I declined since I had already bought all of the styles I liked so I asked for a refund. A few days later I received an email the watches were on the way so I was a bit confused.

They offer good products with competitive prices. It takes more than a couple of weeks to arrive in Europe cause it ships from China. I think the lies on their page about it being made in Italy don't help the company's image. It's a bit of a shame because there's nothing wrong with your product being made in China, but I don't like liars.
