I initially had a good experience with Clarine and ordered two watches, which led me to purchase three more. Unfortunately, this order completely changed my opinion of the brand.
One of the watches arrived with a completely drained battery and has not worked at all since I received it. On top of that, the overall quality of all the watches I received this time was very poor and far below my expectations.
I no longer want an exchange. I have requested a full refund.
