I had a very disappointing experience with Clarine. My order took an entire month to arrive and was assumed lost at one point before suddenly reappearing. Communication was extremely poor!I messaged multiple times on Instagram with no response and had to send about five emails before anyone replied.I was genuinely worried my money was gone.I repeatedly asked about a refund, and those messages were completely ignored.The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.would not recommend
