Poor customer service, emailed the company twice after ordering as my phone pre-filled the address incorrectly. I emailed on two different occasions to ask for them to update my shipping address but didn’t ever hear back. A few days later I was notified it was shipped - to the old address we no longer live at. Such a shame. Still no response from them either.
