Greatly disappointing! I ordered two items Nov2, I've only received one of the items. The item I did receive was missing 4 of 5 free gifts, as listed in my order summary. I've attempted emailing for support twice, with only automated responses asking to wait 48 hours for assistance. I did receive multiple emails to review the product. Nov15 and have yet to open the product due to incomplete order received. Order at your own risk, customer support is not available. -pete
