I had an issue where one item in an order wasn't included. I reached out and to my dismay, never got a response. Reached out again, still nothing.. Well, it wasn't them.. It was my stupid phone tossing the emails.. Short of the long a gentleman from Olsa called me, deeply apologetic, regarding the issue. Within mere moments we had come to a resolution. The personal call was above and beyond. All this over $18usd.. That simple gesture meant a lot to me. You just don't get service like that..
