I like the scarf. However, shipping process is somewhat non-transparent as the order is shipped from China and lacks real visibility on its transit status. I ordered this approximately 3 weeks before Christmas as a gift and was beginning to wonder if it was going to arrive on time. It did, but only by a day or two. I made a couple of attempts to contact the company throughout the shipping process and never received any feedback.
