Nothing to say

Arrived ok took bit of time and was concerned as in a brown bottle o label not sure if that how you send out?

An obvious scam where signing up for a subscription is very easy to miss. Also have been unable to cancel subscription so far.

I hadn’t realised it was shipped from China so delivery was obviously slower than expected. It’s on subscription now so hopefully we won’t have a gap in administering the Zoomies as I’d like to stay consistent until we know whether it’s helping Sky or not. I’m hoping for great results for my gorgeous girl!

Took ages to come. Tracking poor if not non exsistsnt.

Not bad. Can’t seem to find a way to delay order. But haven’t significantly tried

Very good communication during the order process.

Misleading website and shockingly poor customer support.

I did it want this product but you sent it on repeat anyway - why ?

One bottle broken on arrival but replaced with no quibble

Clunky user experience. Not transparent subscription service. The order/cancel process is not intuitive so you have to search hard to cancel

Not what was advertised – very disappointing experience Unfortunately, my experience with Zoomies has been extremely disappointing. My order took over three weeks to arrive, despite the website prominently advertising “FAST Shipping.” When it finally arrived, it was nothing like the professionally branded product shown online. It came in a plain white box and the product did not have the Zoomies branding I was expecting. I also couldn't find clear manufacturing information telling me where it

No issues with shipping quick & easy online shopping.

It's a rip off

Have not received anything but been charged twice. No response from my request for a refund.

It was very quick and easy to order and didn’t take too long to receive it, I have just ordered another bottle Thank you

Too slow delivery

Ok but delayed in sending

delivery too long

Easy to purchase but took a while to be delivered.

I have been unable to use it as my dog passed away suddenly before it arrived.

Website is easy to use. Customer support is very good.

Still waiting for time to pass to see if the results are as they claim

I did everything BC at my end but you did not deliver. I would like a refund.

1st bottle arrived in post in pieces, contact with Zoomies was positive with quick reply, new bottle sent out and arrived at same time as next subscription bottle. Packaging much better for these (thank you.)

Great

Came quite quickly, was suprised

Order took a while to arrive but when I emailed the company to enquire the response was fairly quick & order arrived not long after

No problems but it took a while to arrive, hence i cancelled the subscription but im beginning to think that was a mistake and may have to subscribe again !

All good , did not take too long to arrive. And it came well wrapped nd undamaged

Told you in last box

Delivery and tracking were not good.

Easy to order although delivery a bit slow!

Easy to order and set up prescription, took a bit longer than I expected but that is common with orders from USA these days.

It does not seem to be called zoomies on the bottle

Took a while to be delivered

Received in timely manner
