I needed the bracelet by this week & called your Parkhurst store, I spoke with your Manageress (Noms) and arranged for my daughter to collect the bracelet on Saturday 6/12. Moms told me that the branch had stock, she would keep it for collection. My daughter went on Saturday 6/12 & neither Noms nor my bracelet was there. I was furious as it was a waste of time & fuel. My bracelet has arrived via courier. I believe Noms should’ve not made an empty promise
