Not kept informed with regards to tracking of postage of the item purchased. Did not arrive in the time frame given for dispatch & delivery. I had to contact my bank with regards to trying to get a refund or even just get in contact with you as your ‘support@Goda’ email address doesn’t even exist. Every message sent was returned I sent stating there was no such email address.
