I placed the order on January 5th, and it has now been 16 days, yet I still haven’t received it. They originally stated it would take a week, so I find this delay incomprehensible, especially since I am located in North America. I’ve sent several emails asking for an update, but they read my messages without responding, and instead, they send me an email asking how I liked the perfume, even though I haven’t received it yet.
It’s disappointing how they neglect the after-sales service aspect. The least they could do is reassure me about the delivery. Honestly, I don’t understand this situation, and I am seriously considering not purchasing from them again. I cannot tolerate unreasonable delays and the disregard of customer emails.
