I waited months to get my knives. No emails. I had to reach out just to be told that my order was forgotten. Then they had to use a different shipping company. Every time I reached out, the story changed. Horrible customer service on top of a bad product experience. A 30% discount when half of my order is defective isn’t a good solution especially considering all the trouble and time it took to get the knives to me. I won’t be buying again.
