First knives I ordered were great second order was very different. Knives wouldn’t lock on their own. I had to loosen all screws on the handle to get it working properly. Also, screws for belt clip were stripped and safety locks don’t handle red dots indicating unsafe position. Not happy. I contacted your business and they wanted photos or videos. How can I do that when I’ve already fixed them.
