My only "complaint" would be the slow production and shipping time. I put a note in my order, which was made at the beginning of March, that it was for a wedding in May. According to the website, six weeks should have been enough time. I reached out in mid-April to check on progress and was told it was currently being worked on. The dress did not arrive until mid-June, despite communications. But I understand that handmade items take time, and I have other events I can wear it to.

Took measurements and did a fabulous job of creating a stunning dress.

The quality of their products is good. My only complaint is that it took more than twice as long as they quoted me to get the actual product. Make sure you have plenty of time before you need whatever you order.

I messaged before hand for certain modifications and was told to put those requests into the modification box and that it would be fulfilled as my requests were reasonable. I followed their instructions and didn’t get the item made to the request in the box.

Elven Forest are great creators--and it's clear they take extra care with the garments as well as the packaging.

This was my second order from Elven Forest, and once again, I wasn’t disappointed! On the contrary, I’m almost speechless: the clothes fit perfectly and are so beautiful—I feel like a goddess 😍 I also want to mention that I messaged them about my order before I had received it, and they responded quickly and so kindly. This is the perfect combination of neither too hot nor too cold and totally festival ready… I wore it in mid May to an EDM festival in Hawaii and found it to be perfection. It was tailor fit to me, arrived on time, and the customer service is excellent. This is just as cute, clever, and wonderful as the pictures

fantastic communication

I emailed the company with questions on a couple different occasions as did my wife and I never got a response. Not great communicators. I did get the dress but it took a long time.

Only received half my order after 9 weeks, no communication despite multiple attempts to reach out on my part - a shocking change from my previous experiences!

It does take a bit longer than expected to receive my items. I waited seven weeks for two of my dresses, when the emailed receipt listed 4-6 weeks. But otherwise, I love the company.

Got this delivered in time for my favorite annual festival. The team was awesome about letting me know it was on the way too.
