The customer service team was very nice but they are only able to do so much. I had to continually ask the status of our painting when 2 weeks would pass with no response. And they would have nothing of substance to say when we pointed out all the problems. Only “We’re very sorry and we will notify the artist.” It rather felt like it was an AI bot I was emailing with. Each response basically felt canned.

It took over two months to get the piece of artwork. I was told the artist would sign the painting, and there was no signature on the painting, but a certificate on the back with the artist signature as a O or a zero not sure which.
