I love the product and starter kit. I found the instructions easy to follow and the product fairly easy to apply, I’m sure this will improve with practice. I didn’t like the fact that I had supposedly signed up for a subscription, something that I did not knowingly do. I received new gels through, which were not my choice, and had the option of keeping them or returning them at my cost. The online communication was ok and the subscription should now be cancelled. However, I found the hard sell during this process relentless that it has put a shadow over the company regarding their integrity.
