Actually this wasn’t delivered to my house because the mailman posted it to someone else’s house. I asked for help at customer service but she kept saying it was delivered and didn’t even try to check the photos from Royal Mail I sent as proof. Luckily the other person who received them kindly reposted them to our house weeks later. So my experience this time was sorry to say not good. Although the bad experience I will continue my subscription because I love Holy Gels products.
