They accidentally sent a single wrong set from what I ordered (which was a lot) and when I contacted them it was corrected extremely quickly, hassle free and great customer service. I have enough for the next several years at this point I’m obsessed with the designs. They can last up to 3 weeks but I change them weekly for variety and due to growth. My natural nails are so much healthier now
