I have noticed a difference since I started taking Hydrava electrolytes. I take it either before or during walks/exercise and feel a lot better for it. I gave it 4 stars because I find it too sweet for my liking, especially the raspberry flavour. My husband says he doesn’t find it too sweet so it’s obviously a matter of personal taste.
