I placed three orders in just a couple days of each other. I didn’t get the first two, I did everything on my end (contact the postal service, talk to neighbors, etc). They told me to reorder but never offered a refund or to redo my order. Mind you this was almost a $60.00 order. After I told them I absolutely was not doing that. They quit responding. I hate it because I loved the product I received and would have continued buying from them, but not now.
