I am nervous I will not receive my order. I submitted this over two weeks ago and paid for express shipping and it still has not arrived. I tried to chat with the online support, it said the order was fulfilled so then I submitted a request and haven’t heard back. I would love to give a better rating if I heard from someone to confirm I will receive my order and maybe reimburse for the express shipping since it wasn’t delivered in time.
