It was okay. I got a phone call and explained the issue with the small ball being a chocking hazard and they were understanding but not willing to pay the S&H to return it. Well I don’t think that should be put on the consumer and especially when I was going to order a the XL for my Goldendoodle and give the large to my smaller dog.
Very friendly phone call but I just feel that I should have been able to return at the S&H cost on the company.
