your return process is ridiculous. I had to send YOU a photo of the thing I'm rerturning? I have never ever had to do that for any return in my life. You need to keep up with other companies and make the return process easier. Shopping on line is a big business but you won't keep yours if you treat people like this when they want to return an item.
