Buying process was quick and easy support was decently fast to respond and was able to resolve my issue very quickly. One of my packages didn’t want to ship wasn’t their fault i chatted in and they were able to get it resolved same day.

It was ok better color options would have been great.

There was nearly a two week delay but there was no initial communication regarding the delay.

Great client service and solid products so far. The aluminum pulleys looks amazing and function is super-smooth!

It just was annoying that I got a few emails asking if I was sure it would fit. I can read and I measured before ordering. I get due full agency but everyone’s not a moron

Very pleased with the quick response and resolution after my package was delayed. Within 48 hours, my tracking number was generated and my order was on its way!

Easy to order. Really glad to know other buyers reviews said the gym has a 2:1 pulley system ratio. The gym arrived over the course of a week. 3 boxes, then 5 boxes, then 3 boxes. They come from different locations and with the add on weight stack it comes very piece meal. That actually worked out to my advantage as I laid all the parts out in my garage before I shuttled them around to the backyard to bring the big pieces in the lower level. You will need someone to help with the build.

I think the equipment is great but it was disappointing to see that the same piece was hundreds of dollars cheaper through Walmart. I feel they took advantage of me.

Great for at workout but the wiring splitting have a week of using is bothersome
