I had looked at quite a number of different products and felt that this Milolo device most closely matched what I wanted. It was easy to order online. It came quickly in quite a few boxes over three days. Some were quite heavy, as expected.

Website a little busy and hard to navigate and get a clear idea of the exact "trim level" of the machine I wanted. I essentially stubble upon the right trim level. The options were not clear and I couldn't click through from each location on the website.

Experience was great

Shipping errors occur and are not a big deal. After a few days, we got it worked out. However, after a customer has had one issue, I think there should’ve been more effort to resolve the second issue. I ordered equipment at the beginning of April and it will be May before I can use it. That is if I ever hear back from the company and they send the part.

Received produce with issues

I don’t think I’ll ever buy anything too expensive ($1000+) because of the awful shipping condition my package arrived in. Otherwise the material and quality are great; I’ve been using the machine without any issues and it meets my needs. Solid build and perfect for the garage gym. My only concern is with shipping and/or warehousing quality control.

Easy to purchase. The box had an obscure shipping label so I was concerned it was some sort of scam. Other than that I have not had to call the company.

I wanted the influencer that introduced me to this machine to get credit for my purchase. Since the machine was on sale. She was going to be cut out of her small commission. Mikolo was good and honored her code as far as I know through email. I understand business and know profit margins are low. However, I believe these influencers should get something when a sale code is being used. A partial commission or something. These people help sell equipment and it's not right to cut them out..

Several emails no follow up

I got the Horus smith machine. I love it. It took 2 days to assemble but it was worth it. Only complaint is the weight stacks. The part on top of each stackable plate that helps it sit correctly was broken on 5 of them.

Purchased online. There was about a week that I did not see any updates on shipping. Reached out to customer service with an email. They responded very quickly to my questions.
