I was emailed and asked to verify that my equipment was compatible with the attachment. I emailed back with the model number and specifications of my equipment. I didn't hear back so I assumed that the attachment was compatible. Well, it is not. I can not attach it to the front of my equipment. It attaches to the side which is not the way it's supposed to be used. I'm very disappointed! Geo S.

I think there should be more communication after the purchase and before delivery. I bought it and then didn’t really hear anything for a while. And then after it delivered too. Now’s the time to upsell the customer on other products and attachments and stuff. Email is what most companies do but a phone call would feel more premium and personal
