It took 3 emails and a phone call before I received an answer on a sizing question for the wrist support. @ emails were the automated form at the site, then I tried a phone call during the 4 hour window of business hours and finally sent a 3rd email through their support system, that one was finally answered and well attended as others questions were answered promptly.
