Shipping took forever and there was no communication from Kanso. I sent a message through your website, I phoned a couple of times and there was no reply. My order was supposed to arrive on December 5. It was only shipped on Dec 10, and I received it on Dec 18. That means it arrived 13 days after it was supposed to, and there was not a single word of excuse from Kanso. I do absolutely love the mugs, though.
