The delivered speakers are defective; one speaker doesn't work. I reported the problem, as well as the unsuccessful attempts to reset to factory settings, at the beginning of the complaint. Support ignored my information twice and always insisted on performing a reset. I have requested a replacement or cancellation of the order, but so far I have received neither parts nor confirmation of the cancellation! Stay away from this purchase!!!!!!
