I bought the Aleck Punks on June 9th and unfortunately one of the speakers does not work properly. The right speaker works fine, but the left one does not charge, does not sync with the app, and appears with 0% battery. When I try to use it, it only stays with a red and blue flashing light, but nothing else happens. I have tried charging it, pairing it again, and using the app, but the problem remains. I contacted support by email, but I have not received a solution. Very disappointing experi
