The product is fine, but there is no support after the purchase. I had requested an update to the invoice details, sent messages on WhatsApp, and even emailed, but haven’t received any response yet. I also raised a request to update the delivery address, but there has been no solution for that either. Anyone can sell products online, but repeat customers only come when the seller values and supports the customer after the sale, especially when problems arise.

Extremely Disappointed – Damaged Product Twice in a Row!
This has been a frustrating experience. The first item I received was damaged, and while it was replaced, even the replacement was damaged. Clearly, there's a serious issue with either packaging or quality control—or both. It's unacceptable to receive a faulty product not once but twice. I expected better and honestly cannot recommend this based on my experience.
