Excellent customer service. The videos were helpful in deciding which still to purchase, but wanted to buy some extra components in case of glass breakage etc. Had questions about choice of components and the still itself. All answered quickly and accurately via the site's chat feature (which at this point is a person, not a bot). Order arrived quickly and correctly and entirely intact. A pleasant circumstance under normal conditions, but nothing short of remarkable considering they are operating in a war zone. Excellent workmanship, thoughtful design, excellent service. Chapeau!
