I've been a client for quite a while now and I've never had a bad experience and don't foresee that I shall. I would like to see you expand on your raw materials list and possibly offer Pay Just Now or Payflex options. I se it as a win win for both you and your clients. Clients will place larger orders and not just and order enough to allow for free delivery. So if they order once in three months it'll be a bigger order but you'll only have to pay for one free delivery as opposed to three.
