Great company to do business with! had an issue with a chip/tuner not reading do to my own fault of not thoroughly cleaning the j3 port for the chip. Truck would crank no start. I contacted there support line, replied very quickly with some pointers and things to try that usually cause the issues I was having. they had me up and running in no time. spent over 4,000 on engine parts from jellibuilt years ago and had terrible experience with bad parts out of the box and tunning so bad the truck was un controllable below 1500rpm. my experience then was no help what so ever and weeks to months between emails if he would even respond. 1023 tuning fixed the issue they gave up on. hoped this company has gotten better. bought an ipr because he was the only one with stock at the time IPR was bad. i regret buying from this company again.
