I did not give 5 stars because I couldn't figure out how to pre load programs during purchasing or maybe that's not possible and a person must download after they receive the hydra. Either way, I couldn't not tell and since I don't have intent at my home, I have to wait until I can be around a good internet service to load the programs I want.
