Absolutely the worst shopping experience. I received a defective product and have been chasing them for over 10 days. Despite providing clear photo proof of the fault, they rejected my return request claiming the shoes are in perfect condition. They give false promises on calls and then ignore emails. They don’t value their regular customers at all. I will never buy from Zaydn again and I strongly advise everyone else to stay away Total waste of money and zero ethics. I want my refund for Order.

Zaydn shoes are honestly one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve made. At first glance, they look stylish, but that’s where the positives end. The brand seems to focus more on marketing than actual product quality. The biggest issue is comfort. After wearing them for just 3–4 hours, they become extremely uncomfortable due to poor ventilation and heat buildup.
