I order two pairs of shoes (1) Astrid Hunter Green (2) Ash Beige Brown, but the Astrid Hunter Green is delivered but the other one is not, & I don't have the order Id of that product as such! Please resolve my issue!

Very disappointing experience with Zyden Sneaker. It has been more than 2 weeks since I placed my order, and it is still not processed or dispatched. There has been no proper update or communication from the company regarding the delay. Making customers wait this long without any clear information is completely unprofessional. Firstly i took them 14 days to deliver shoes which already annoyed a lot then today i just opened the shoes and what i see is some dirty brown spots on shoe face (near tip) then i saw some glue that leaked out , damaged logo and some more dirt marks totally annoying first experience and yead late delivery also destroyed pre planned my birthday outfit so thanks for it .

Literally love the shoes and packaging was also good but the extra laces were without box so it's seems lil bit untidy otherwise overall experience was good excellent product zaydn 💗
