The shopping process and payment process is nice, customer help services also good they connect with mail and reply on time bt it's my opinion to provide help line number to talk with customer care servent, and also with your delivery agency to provide delivery partner number, others thing are good

The shoes are actually quite good, but I accidentally ordered a smaller size. As soon as I realized this, I contacted Zaydn support to request a replacement. Unfortunately, they didn’t respond at all, which is really frustrating. Now I’m stuck with shoes that don’t fit—what am I supposed to do with them? It’s a very poor experience for customers. Order ID: [ZAYDN244397] I am writing again regarding the shoes I received. As mentioned in my previous email, the shoes arrived in a dirty condition and did not look like a new product. Even the shoe box was dirty. I have already shared the pictures as proof. My return request was rejected, which was quite disappointing considering the condition of the product. I was genuinely excited to receive this order, but the condition of the shoes was shocking and not what I expected from a new purchase

Nice website and presentation

I have mailed my complaints. But didn't receive any response. No customer service. No real intention of getting to know the customers input about the product. Not happy with the way you treat your customers.
