The order process was easy and the song was great. BUT, I paid for 24 hour delivery and the deadline was not met, it was almost 48 hours. When I requested a refund of the 10.95 spent for expedited delivery they offered me 20% off my next order, not a refund. If the deadline could not be met, I would expect a refund, not a minor percentage off an additional order.
